Payment and billing
How paying for HawkTV works
You pick your plan on the order page, hand us your details, and you are passed to our WhatsApp desk to settle payment. We accept credit card, Interac, and the major cryptocurrencies.
Nothing renews automatically
HawkTV stores no card details and never charges a subscription you did not ask for. When your term ends, access simply stops. If you want to continue you message us and we extend the line; otherwise there is nothing to cancel.
What happens after payment
Your IBO Player credentials are issued by hand by a member of the team, normally in under ten minutes. They arrive on WhatsApp. From there you follow the setup guide to activate the device of your choice.
Refunds
Once an account is activated access is immediate and sales are final. Two exceptions exist: a verified outage lasting more than 72 consecutive hours, and a duplicate charge. The detail is set out in our refund policy.
