Yes, on the paid introductory month — and the absence of any no-cost promotion is deliberate. Giveaway offers attract account abuse that pushes costs onto paying subscribers. Our answer is the lowest-risk paid entry point we can offer: a full-access month at CA$10.99, with no contract and nothing that renews on its own.

You submit the order form, then confirm payment with an advisor on WhatsApp. We accept credit and debit cards, Interac e-Transfer, and the major cryptocurrencies. No card details are ever stored by HawkTV.

A stable 15 Mbps connection handles FHD comfortably. For 4K feeds we recommend 25 Mbps or more. Stability matters more than headline speed — a consistent 20 Mbps line outperforms a 200 Mbps line that fluctuates.

Not to use the service. HawkTV works on every major Canadian ISP without one. A VPN is fully supported if you prefer to use one, and it will not affect your stream quality provided you pick a nearby server.

Yes. Because activation is tied to the device identifier inside IBO Player, we re-issue it against the new device. The 6 and 12-month plans include one and two free migrations respectively.
